  I only give them one star because -12 is not an option.
  
  I bought a defective planer from this Lowe's location. I called into customer service and spoke to four people and not one of them knew what a planer is. I tried spelling the word for them I tried to scribing it... One of them even asked me if it is a home decor item after I told her it is a power tool.
  
  I know it is pointless to tell management because if he tries to get rid of them and hire competent customer service Associates then it will only cause racial tension.
  
  Ishop Lowes often and I buy tools and lumber from Lowe's stores. Most of the time there is at least one competent person in the store who does all the work. This store however does not seem to have such a person working there.
